Return/Refund
Q) This is not what I was looking for. Can I return the products?
No. We do not accept returns. Due to the fresh nature of product, the products can be damaged on the way back. However, if the products are spoilt, contact us at our WhatsApp (+65-9673-0534) and we will refund as needed.
Q) One of the products is spoilt (or damaged). Can I get a refund?
Yes. Our policy is to do a refund for all products that are spoilt/damaged.
However, if only part of the products are spoilt/damaged (e.g., one among the 5 peaches sold), we may provide a partial refund.
Send us a picture of the products that are spoilt/damaged and we will provide a refund after investigating the situation.
Q) I do not like the taste of the product. Can I get a refund?
Our policy is to only refund for products that are damaged or spoilt, not for products that do not taste as good as expected (e.g., not as sweet, not ripe enough, etc.) as the taste can be quite subjective.
However, we always taste our new batches and if we also agree the taste is too far off from what we initially suggested, we can offer partial refund. However, not guaranteed. Should be discussed case by case.
