Seol-Sungah peaches are a relatively new variety enjoyed around the time of the first snowfall.

• Premium-looking Pinkish skin
• High sweetness: Because it ripened slowly over a long period under the sun, it boasts an exceptionally high BRIX level of 15-18 (regular peaches: 12-15 BRIX)
• Chewy and dense texture: falling perfectly between soft and firm. Crisp and crunchy right after harvest, transformed into a chewier texture as it ripens

* Storage instructions: Refrigerate; leave in ambient temperature without direct sun for a day or two for softer texture and sweeter taste.
