Crafted by second-generation tomato farmer Kim In-seong at his farm in Gwangju, Korea. Not your standard gochujang paste — this tomato gochujang blends traditional korean fermented chili paste with 3-year aged fermented tomato extract, producing a cleaner, naturally sweeter, and significantly lower-sodium version of Korea's most essential condiment.
