Q) What time are the products delivered?

1) For orders including cold chain products,

You can choose among 4 delivery windows:

  • 1st Presale date Morning (7PM-1PM) 
  • 1st Presale date Afternoon (1PM-7PM)
  • 2nd Presale date Morning (7PM-1PM) 

  • 2nd Presale date Afternoon (1PM-7PM).

2) For orders only with room-temperature products (including the tomato gochujang),

You will receive your order in 1-3 working days from order.

However, there are also cases we are delayed due to heavy rain or large delivery volumes. If that happens, we will let you know in advance on the delivery day.


Q) Can I receive the product at a later time?

Yes. WhatsApp us (+65-9673-0534) to discuss preferred timing. We will try to arrange our delivery accordingly.

Yes, you can. Please contact us at our WhatsApp (+65-9673-0534) to discuss timing. However, due to the nature of fresh produce products, we recommend you get them as early as possible.
