Early harvest Heukmi black watermelon is a premium variety developed in South Korea that is harvested between March and May.

Watermelon is traditionally known as a summer fruit, but this variety was specially developed to grow in cooler temperatures, with controlled water and heat conditions that result in a uniquely higher sweetness vs. regular watermelons.
