Only the most beautiful melons, with BRIX 13 and above are hand-selected to be in the special-grade yellow box.

* How to consume and store: Keep refrigerated. If not ripe enough, keep in ambient temperature for a couple of days to further ripen.

** How to know whether it is ripe: Check the bottom of the melon and see if the surrounding area can be slightly pushed in when pressed. If it can, the melon is ripe.
