Tomato Atelier Tomato Gochujang blends traditional gochujang with the rich unami flavor of the fermented extract aged for three years, made from fully ripened tomatoes. 

  • High tomato contents (contains 33% tomatoes) resulting in natural sweetness
  • Low sodium level: 40% lower sodium vs. traditional gochujang 
  • Organic farming practice: No pesticides, preservatives or chemical fertilizers used
  • Gluten Free: Uses 3-year aged fermented extract instead of glutinous rice or flour
